Some Motivations for Depressed People

If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward. It’s going to be okay. You are loved and you are strong. You will survive. You will thrive. And you will never, ever be alone.

Always remember that you are not alone; never forget that your feelings are valid, and always keep in mind that it is okay to ask for help when you need it most. It is not a sign of weakness to seek assistance—it is a sign of courage and maturity to recognize when you need help, and it is a sign of true strength to reach out for support when needed.

Remember these quotes on depression whenever you feel like giving up—and remember that no matter what happens, there will always be someone who loves you and cares about your happiness as much as they care about their own happiness. You will. I promise. You’re so brave, you’re so strong, and you are not alone.

Remember that it is okay to feel what you feel and that there is no shame in being depressed. You deserve happiness and peace; always remember that your depression doesn’t define who you are as a person. It isn’t who you are—it is simply something that happens to you, like a cold or a broken leg. You don’t have to be afraid of your feelings anymore; they don’t have to control your life anymore because there is help available if you want it.

Depression is not your fault, but it is your responsibility. You are strong and you can get through it. It’s okay to be sad; it’s okay to hurt; it’s okay to feel broken. It’s not okay to stay that way. Take care of yourself and try again tomorrow.

Remember that many people want you in their lives—including yourself—and who will be there for you when you need them most. You are strong and you can get through anything if you remember that life is worth fighting for and that no matter what happens, there will always be someone who needs your strength as much as they need yours. Never give up.

Always remember that you are special and loved. During times of depression, we may feel like we aren’t worth anything, but that is certainly not true. Here are a few quotes to remind you of how important you are. Smile today! Don’t give up hope! I

f you can just get through today, tomorrow will be better. If you have depression or anxiety, I encourage you to seek help from a therapist or other mental health professional. There are many great treatments available for both disorders and it doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you. Take care of yourself and stay strong!

Remember that it gets better with time – your brain has amazing healing powers if given time to heal itself without being constantly bombarded by negative thoughts. This quote also reminds us that we need to take care of ourselves as well as others.

It's so easy to focus on others' needs before our own, but when we do so at our own expense, it only makes things worse in the long run. The next time you're struggling with depression or anxiety, ask yourself what you need right now and then go out and get it!

Whether that means spending some quality time alone reading a book or going out with friends for dinner, do what feels good right now. We often put off doing things because they don't seem fun at first glance (I'm looking at you cleaning my room), but sometimes all we need is a change in perspective - once we start doing something enjoyable, our moods tend to improve significantly.

No matter how bad it gets, remember that you’re stronger than you think and that you don’t have to be afraid of your feelings anymore. Remember how strong and brave you are; remember how much you mean to people; remember that there is nothing, absolutely nothing wrong with having depression.

Remember those people who care about you and want to help; feel their strength alongside yours and don’t ever forget that there are so many things ahead for which to be grateful. There will always be darkness in life, but there will also always be light—and if you can learn to appreciate both equally, you will find happiness again.

These quotes remind us that we are not alone in our struggles. That even though things may seem hopeless, there is always hope. That we are strong enough to get through anything that life throws our way.
